John Feyerer is the Director of Equity ETF Product Strategy for Invesco's exchange-traded funds (ETFs). In this role, he oversees the development and application of strategies and tactics for product positioning and portfolio implementation. Mr. Feyerer and his team also develop research-related content designed to help clients better understand equity ETF strategies and their application in portfolios, with emphasis on factor investing and smart beta. Mr. Feyerer has been quoted in Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, Investment News and numerous trade publications, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events.
Mr. Feyerer joined the firm in April 2005. Prior to his current role, he led business operations for the ETF group and also served in a regional sales capacity. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Feyerer served in a variety of operating, financial and strategic roles over 14 years at The ServiceMaster Company based in suburban Chicago.
Mr. Feyerer earned a BA and MA degrees in communications from Wheaton College and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Loyola University Chicago. He holds the Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Chicago. He also serves on the Associate Editor Board for The Journal of Index Investing.
Nick Kalivas
Senior Equity ETF Strategist
Invesco
Nick Kalivas is a Senior Equity Strategist for Invesco's exchange-traded funds (ETFs). In his role, he works on researching and developing product-specific strategies, as well as creating thought leadership to position and promote the smart beta and factor-based equity ETF lineup.
Mr. Kalivas joined Invesco in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he spent the majority of his career in the futures industry, delivering research, strategy, and market intelligence to institutional and high-net-worth clients in the equity and interest rate markets. He was a featured contributor for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and provided research services to a New York- based global macro commodity trading advisor where he supplied insight on equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and commodities. Mr. Kalivas has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Reuters, The New York Times, and by the Associated Press, and has made numerous appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg.
Mr. Kalivas earned a BBA degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with concentrations in economics, finance, and statistics. He holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations.
