Mr. Patterson is a Co‐founder and Managing Director of Bryant AvenueVentures, the creator of the Nasdaq 7HANDL Index. He previously co‐founded Accretive Asset Management, the creator of Nasdaq BulletShares Indexes, an innovative series of fixed‐income indexes that have raised more than $13 billion inassets under license.He received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law and BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana‐Champaign.

Mr. Schoonover is Chief Operating Officer for Rational Advisors Inc., LLC. He is an experienced financial professional having worked in various portfolio management, operations management, and trust officer roles. Mr. Schoonover also serves in various executive roles for U.S. registered investment advisers as well as marketing and consulting companies in the investment management industry. Mr. Schoonover serves as an officer on several trusts for U.S. registered fund complexes. He is Vice President of Mutual Fund Series Trust, Vice President of Mutual Fund & Variable Insurance Trust, and Vice President of Strategy Shares. Mr. Schoonover has a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan.

Patrick Wolf is the Head of Development for Nasdaq Global Indexes. He and his team are responsible for the development of Nasdaq’s innovative, market-leading indexes, and the managing the protocols necessary to ensure a successful index launch.

In his time at Nasdaq, Patrick has played an integral role in the creation of smart beta indexes across a wide variety of asset classes, geographies, and product sponsors. A particular area of interest in Patrick’s research has been the construction of and tactical allocation across factor-based indexes.

Prior to joining Nasdaq, Patrick worked as a research analyst at Economists Incorporated. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Spanish from Boston College.
