David Stone is the CEO and co-founder at RetireOne. As a former senior legal counsel to major life insurance companies, mutual funds and broker dealers, David has more than two decades of financial services experience as well as specific expertise in annuity product development and distribution.

Lauren has joined the Protective Retirementleadership team as the National Sales Director, Annuity Advisory Solutions. She is responsible for leading our efforts to grow our Advisory business and our partnerships with Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Aria RetireOne, and DPL.

Her 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and financial planning background have made her appreciate the difference that proper retirement planning can make in people’s lives. Lauren has held roles in wholesaling, business development and advisor practice management. For the last 6 years she has helped advisors build fee-based practices, built and marketed advisory products and emersed herself in the RIA marketplace.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and is pursuing her Doctorate of Business Administration from Walden University. She is an active member of the Financial Planning Association for the Connecticut Valley Chapter and truly a student of the business.

Lauren is excited to work at Protective because she believes in what they do, what they are trying to accomplish. She believes in giving advisors they tools, products and solutions they need to help protect families and futures. When not at work, you can find Lauren with her husband and three children at the hockey rink, baseball diamond or swim meets.

Ms. Siracuse is also the Creator and Host of The Big Reveal Podcast Series where she interviews industry thought leaders and influencers on all things wealth management, but with a twist!

Ms. Siracuse is the former CEO and Publisher of InvestmentNews where she oversaw the vision and strategic direction for all their platforms including print, digital, events and research.

Under her leadership, InvestmentNews launched initiatives to support the evolution of the financial advice profession, specifically in the areas of Practice Management, Women’s Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Innovation, NextGen and Financial Literacy.

An industry thought leader, she is a sought-after speaker and moderator on topics ranging from investing and leadership to financial literacy and fintech.

Ms. Siracuse is also a founding member of the Invent Elite consulting consortium, which focuses on developing, launching, branding and operationally supporting broad based technology initiatives for financial services firms.

In addition, Ms. Siracuse is on the Board for the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation, is a member of the Council of Ambassadors for the IWI’s Thrive Center for Diversity and Inclusion and is a board member of Savvy Ladies.

In Nov 2020, Ms. Siracuse was recognized by InvestmentNews with the Women to Watch “Trailblazer” award for her commitment to DEI initiatives within the financial services industry.

Ms. Siracuse is an active volunteer at the Animal Rescue Fund in East Hampton, NY and an advocate for the humane treatment of animals.

She holds a BS in Business from Rider University. She, and her husband, Lee reside in New York City.
