Dan Buchanan is a Senior Director at abrdn. Dan is responsible for distribution of exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts mutual funds in the New England region. In addition, he directs investor relations for abrdn's closed-end fund business in the U.S. and Canada. Dan joined abrdn in 2018 from ETF Securities (U.S.) where he was served as Director of Sales for the Eastern U.S. Previously, Dan worked at Guggenheim Investments and MFS Investment Management and co-founded a third-party wholesale distribution firm. Dan graduated with a BA in History from Saint Anselm College and an MBA in Finance/Entrepreneurship from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Tom Harvey is a Senior Equity Specialist at abrdn. Tom focuses on the firm’s equity strategies. Prior to joining the company in February 2013, he served as Vice President, Institutional Sales and Consultant Relations at Delaware Investments. In this role, he worked with institutional clients, prospects, and consultants in the eastern United States. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in history studies from Juniata College and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Philadelphia University. He is a CFA charterholder.
